4: Reducer working temperature is high
Reason: The oil level in the reducer is too high or the amount of oil is small, the oil is aging, and the lubricating oil is seriously polluted.
Remedy: Check the oil level, it may need to be corrected. Increase the lubricating oil. Check when the last oil was changed. Lubricating oil may need to be changed.
Five: tooth surface wear or corrosion
Reason: The lubricating oil is of unqualified quality or contains impurities.
Remedy: Replace worn gears and change lubricants.
Six: broken gear teeth
Reason: overload work, gear quality problem.

Seven: The input shaft is broken
