1. Overview of XX type rotary planetary gear reducer
The planeary gear reducer series are new types reducer for widely used. The interior gears are adopted 20CrMnTi carburizing quenching and grinding. This reducer has characteristics of small volume, big output torque, big ratio, high efficiency and safe reliability etc. It is mainly used in the rotary constuction of turret type crane. It could also be used in the lifting digging transporting, architecture and another industries.
Applications as follows:
The imput shaft is no more than 1500r/min
It could be run in two ways: forward and reverse
The constructive work-stage is M5
The usage-stage of framework is T4
The ambient temperature of working condition is form: -40℃~+45℃, The lubricate oil should be preheated before starting when the ambient temperature is under 0℃.
